ALL deals are based on sellers Procedures, the Procedures are NON-Negotiable.
Buyer will , in some case be asked to select a Procedure and approve it, this will be followed by instructions on how to format an LOI or ICPO to the seller. A wide array of Fuel Products are available, Pricing is often based on the buyers Target Price, but not in all cases.
Realistically, a deal that is solid can take up to A Month and in some cases longer, but it is worth it in the end if you are a second or third tier buyer or re-seller.
In the Case of our American Major, they require upfront, preregistration to determine financial capability before
they will consent to take your buyer on as a client. Please specify if you want American or Russian Sources or Both.
